  1. I read the article, it’s good, but there is a factor that I think is an insidious result of another mega-pub-house failing. They rely so heavily on the “name recognition authors” they’d print whatever is sent to them by these folks with little or no true editorial review. I have a friend (he’ll remain nameless for obvious reasons) that says he could send his puber “a piece of used toilet paper and (blank) would print it smell and all.”
